2. Formulate salary plans, implement tracking management, and extract data for analysis;
3. Conduct salary surveys on a regular basis and conduct salary level analysis;
4. Extract performance data and do performance management analysis;
5. Formulate the post-setting and staffing plan, approve and supervise the implementation;
6. Formulate a performance appraisal plan, implement tracking management, and extract data for analysis;
7. Annual performance evaluation, cooperate with the financial audit department to do performance summary and management;
8. Organizational structure management, roster management, various personnel report management, etc.
Three, quality requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of full-time salary and performance experience in human resource management in large and medium-sized enterprises, and about 3 years of full-time performance appraisal management work experience;
3. Have practical experience in using one of the performance appraisal tools and methods of KPI, MBO and BSC;
4. Have systematic thinking on salary management and performance appraisal management, and have experience in formulating and implementing group management;
5. Proactive, enthusiastic, patient, and able to work under pressure;
6. Ability and experience in data statistical analysis, good at extracting, analyzing, summarizing and evaluating.
